Why Hardware Matters

Banners are only as good as the hardware holding them up. Cheap brackets bend, corrode, and fail — leaving your streetscape with torn banners and empty poles that look worse than no banners at all.

Professional-grade pole banner hardware is built to handle real-world conditions: sustained winds, UV exposure, rain, and the constant stress of supporting heavy vinyl in the elements. The right banner bracket system keeps your banners taut, level, and secure through every season.

We supply banner hardware from trusted manufacturers and install it ourselves — so you get a single point of contact for brackets, banners, and mounting. No finger-pointing between vendors when something needs attention.

Hardware for Every Setup

Banner Bracket Systems

Pole banner brackets are the backbone of any street banner program. We offer single banner brackets for one banner per pole and double banner brackets for displaying two banners side by side. Our bracket systems are made from heavy-gauge steel or aluminum with powder-coated finishes that resist rust and corrosion for years of outdoor use.

Our WindBreaker™ bracket system is specifically engineered for high-wind environments — rated to hold banners secure in sustained winds up to 70 mph. Spring loaded banner brackets absorb wind force rather than fighting it, dramatically reducing banner tears and bracket failures.

Banner Arms & Fiberglass Poles

Banner arms extend from the bracket to hold banners at the correct width and tension. We use fiberglass banner arms for most installations — they’re lightweight, flexible, and virtually indestructible in outdoor conditions. Unlike aluminum arms that can bend permanently in heavy wind, fiberglass flexes and returns to shape.

Banner arms come in standard lengths to match common banner widths: 18”, 24”, 30”, and 36”. We’ll recommend the right size based on your banner dimensions and pole spacing.

Mounting Bands & Pole Clamps

Mounting bands secure the bracket system to the pole itself. The type you need depends on your pole shape and diameter. We carry banner mounting hardware for round poles (the most common for street lights), square pole banner brackets for decorative or utility poles, and tapered pole adapters for poles that narrow toward the top.

Stainless steel banding and heavy-duty clamps ensure a tight, non-slip grip without damaging the pole surface. Every installation is custom-fitted to your specific pole dimensions on site.

Complete Hardware Kits

Don’t want to piece together components? Our pole banner hardware kits include everything you need for a complete installation: brackets, banner arms, mounting bands, bungee cords or zip ties, and all fasteners. Kits are available for single and double banner configurations and sized to fit your specific pole setup.

Hardware kits are popular with municipalities, property managers, and organizations that handle their own banner swaps but want professional-grade equipment. We also ship hardware kits nationwide for communities outside our installation service area.

Hardware Maintenance & Replacement

Even the best banner hardware needs periodic inspection. Wind, temperature swings, and UV exposure take a toll over time. We offer hardware maintenance programs that include annual inspections, re-tensioning of mounting bands, replacement of worn bungee cords and zip ties, and bracket replacement as needed.

For clients on seasonal banner rotation programs, we inspect all hardware during every banner swap at no additional charge. If a bracket or arm needs replacing, we handle it on the spot so your new banners go up on solid hardware every time.

How It Works

1. Site Assessment
We evaluate your poles — material, diameter, height, spacing, and wind exposure — to recommend the right bracket system and banner size for your streetscape.

2. Hardware Selection
Based on the assessment, we spec the correct brackets, banner arms, mounting bands, and fasteners. Single or double configuration, round or square poles — every component is matched to your setup.

3. Professional Installation
Our crews install all hardware and hang your banners. We handle pole access, permits, and mounting so you don’t have to coordinate multiple trades.

4. Ongoing Support
Hardware is covered by manufacturer warranties. We provide maintenance inspections, replacement parts, and re-installation support for the life of your banner program.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of banner brackets do I need?
It depends on your pole type, banner size, and wind conditions. Round poles use banding-style mounts, square poles need clamp-style brackets, and high-wind areas benefit from our WindBreaker™ spring loaded bracket system. We’ll recommend the right setup during a free site assessment.

Can banner hardware fit any pole?
Yes. We carry banner mounting hardware for round poles from 3” to 12” diameter, square pole banner brackets, and tapered pole adapters. If you have an unusual pole type, send us photos and measurements — we’ll find a solution.

How long does banner hardware last?
Professional-grade pole banner brackets and mounting hardware typically last 10–15+ years with proper maintenance. Banner arms and bungee cords may need replacement every 3–5 years depending on wind exposure and UV conditions.

Do you sell hardware without banners?
Yes. We supply and ship pole banner hardware kits, individual brackets, banner arms, and mounting bands nationwide — with or without banners. Many clients purchase hardware from us and handle their own banner printing.

What’s the difference between single and double banner brackets?
Single banner brackets hold one banner per pole. Double banner brackets hold two banners side by side on the same pole — great for displaying different designs, sponsor banners alongside event banners, or covering both sides of a one-way street.

Can I install banner brackets myself?
For private property poles at accessible heights, yes — our hardware kits include installation instructions. For street lights and utility poles, professional installation is typically required due to height, traffic, and permit requirements. We handle all of that.

What other kinds of banners do you do?

We can create any kind of banner depending on your needs, but we also specialize in Patriotic & Hometown Hero banners, Event & Community banners, Seasonal & Christmas banners and Commercial Property banners.
